Coextruded 3 Layer Bags, Sheets or Film on Rolls
Co-extruded film has the following advantages versus mono layer polyethylene film:
-10 % stronger even if the same material is used in all layers.
-No pinholes
-Possibility of different colour (inside and outside)
-Increasing strength and welding conditions by using different materials at different layers
-Possibility of higher heat resistance by using different materials on layers
-Possibility of using special raw material mixtures to obtain high strength and very good welding conditions.
AND THIS ENABLES US TO PRODUCE:
-Very good quality and economic big bag liners, air bag liners and liquid liners
-Shrink film and shrink pallet hoods
-Economic packaging heavy duty bags
-Two colour polyetylene rolls for cargo bags or security bags
